About Us We own a sheep, beef and deer farm 4km from Lauder. Both of us were brought up in the Manuherikia Valley. Ralph still runs our farm and is chief bed maker. Nikki is a nurse and is also doing Bowen Therapy.

Life for us can be a bit hectic, but that's the way we like it. Our kids Bridgit and Scott think we're having a mid-life crisis!

We bought the school for Railtrail Accommodation in 2007, not knowing a thing about running a B&B. We learned by our mistakes, and make it up as we go.

We believe we have created a fantastic, relaxed atmosphere. We both really enjoy chatting to our guests and passing on our local knowledge.
